Posted by Booklines

1425910726_cover.inddPila Li'i Li'i is the Hawaiian word for Ukulele or small fiddle.

This is the most "professonal" book ever written for this amazing small little "solo" instrument! Written by a Hawaiian person, Henry Kaleialoha Allen, whose great grandfather was personaly appointed by King Kamehameha the 4th. as the first band leader in 1847 of what was known then as "the King's Own Band", later to become the "Royal Hawaiian Band, still in practice today in Hawaii!

For both the beginner and seasoned player, this is a completer instruction and learning book, with sections A, B & C progressing on to the completer selection of Hawaiian Songs in the end, with fingering tabs for those who cannot read note!

Anyone who can play the horns or piano will be able to use this book and transpose and play all of the charts!
