I found an old book in the warehouse being readied for resale by the Friends of the Library titled "Miracle Exercises, Instant Improvement."  Author Dr. Edwin F. Flatto wrote:  To keep your breasts young and healthy, use books."  He described three exercises with a heavy book in each hand--extend arms laterally, raise arms to side, inhale up, exhale down (tone pectoralis).  Bring arms to front and raise them overhead ( 5 to 10 times daily).  Lying on back, swing arms overhead and touch floor.  Breathe deeply.  Summation: Heavy books can help your looks.  So what can you do for us electronic thingies?  Hard copy for hard bodies.</description>
